but, if i really need to choose only one movie for a precious 2 hours, memang Talentime. sangat TV9 dekat di hati. unlike arwah's other movies, Talentime is more relatable. there is this scene that was so sedih, it is memorable.
Mahesh; the main actor, the hearing impared Indian boy; was in love with Melor; a Muslim girl.
Mahesh's mother disapproved of it.
Mahesh was all sign-language-ish sambil pujuk his sobbing mother;
and the subtitle shown something like this,
“If you ask me to leave her, I will do it for you. But teach me how to forget her. Because my heart does not know how to and it can never do..”
it was not even spoken, ok... i walked out from TGV KLCC with red eyes and nose. classy. nyeh nyeh. if you haven't watch it, i am recommending it. maybe you'll find 'something' along the movie :)
